How to Apply — It’s Simple

Step 1: Call us at 619-285-5600 to connect with our Community Engagement Team — hablamos español.
Step 2: Within 48 hours, a team member will reach out to review your needs and let you know about additional services you may qualify for. If you meet the minimum criteria, we’ll add your name to the Housing Inquiry List.
Step 3: When a unit becomes available, our partner Urban Coast Properties will contact you to schedule a tour.

Please note: Placement on the Inquiry List does not guarantee housing. Units are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Annual Confirmation:

Each year, applicants receive an email to confirm continued interest in housing. If you don’t respond, your name will be removed from the list.

Located in the heart of South Park, our Hawthorn I and Hawthorn II apartment communities offer on-site laundry and assigned parking spaces. We have studio and one-bedroom vacancies that are filled based on availability and an ongoing waitlist. The community is highly walkable, transit-friendly, and bike-friendly! Shop for your daily essentials at the Target store just steps away from your front doorstep, or visit the nearby local shops and eateries!

Trojan Apartments are situated in the heart of the Colina Del Sol community, a neighborhood in the Mid-City region of San Diego.
